04 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

This phase of the project is where the We Are HOME Design team meets the ground. Coordinating the dream and materials so the builder can produce the final hard copy of imagination to which you will call HOME.

We Are HOME Design construction documents will include:

​

·         the final site plan with grades,

·         permit/construction plans of the home,

·         coordinated engineering be it structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.

·         coordinated specifications for construction details, millwork, and finish specification

​

Our construction drawings include all of this while also making sure that all safety codes, bylaw regulations, energy code considerations are looked after.

The We Are HOME Design process will produce plans that will be successful in the application for construction, but also, leaves no doubt in the contractor’s mind that the structure makes sense and is buildable with reduced errors on site.

The passion and experience of the We Are HOME Design team allows for a full understanding of what industry standard plans are and how to produce them. The graphic standards are systematic and highly organized, and our team will add additional sheets if required to make sure a complete set of permit/construction plans are more legible. This attitude towards properly formatted drawings lead to reduced costs due to errors in implementation, reduced material waste and saves time on site.
