For many years, Dawn has immersed herself in the industry and lifestyle of the design community, to better understand all the intricate details/understanding that goes into a beautiful home. Dawn brings her 26 years of expertise, experience, and passion to every project. She has established a reputation for creating and successfully completing a wide range of projects in the custom home building industry, which has led to her achievement of regional and national recognition.
Known for her abilities to meet and exceed the dreams and needs of her client as well as balance trade and client relations, has allowed her to create and maintain many professional relationships over her years of experience. Not only does Dawn brings her instinctual skill and timeless style to every project, she has also mastered the art of creating and executing impactful experiences and beautiful homes for her clients.
Dawn shares her enthusiasm and knowledge for design with the community. Volunteering for 7 years on the NKBA, 11 years and ongoing with the local Home Builders Association and on one of her alma mater's advisory committee for 3 years, her passion for the industry is clearly evident and ever-growing.
She is the mother of three amazing teenage/adult women, that are the highlight of her life and keep her on her toes. She’s also extremely passionate about health, fitness, and travel, where she is able to find her zen moments and draws inspiration for life and work.

Dwayne brings extraordinary knowledge and experience to the We Are Home Design Team. He has a passion for creating breathtaking living spaces that are approachable and buildable. His presentations regularly pulls comments from his clients, with remarks of "Wow I never expected that!" and "Okay, so what's the next step?" that demonstrate the clients engagement with and excitement about the projects.
Dwayne learned his craft from some of the best architects and worked on some amazing commercial projects before entering the residential stage over 25 years ago. Once in the residential industry, he was able to bring along commercial like detailing into residential plans. Dwayne was trained in the use of engineered floor and truss systems and created floor systems for the builder for over 2 years. An experience that only contributes to the development of buildable plans. His design work has created award winning show homes, custom homes, track home designs and extensive renovations.
Dwayne has been involved with his communtiy in various aspects of every day life, from coaching youth basketball for over 21 years to being a member of the awards committee in the local builder's association for 12 years. He has also been a Program Advisory Committee member with the local technical school for architectural technology and has volunteered design services for Habitat for Humanity for 7 years.
Dwayne's biggest accomplishment was saying "I Do" to a wonderful woman. Kendra and Dwayne have been married for more than 31 years and share three amazing sons whom they are very proud of. In Dwayne's spare time, he enjoys a multitude of activities. Anything with the family including skiing in the Rockies and vacationing someplace tropical. He finds peace in playing his guitars with his brother. He enjoys working on his home with Kendra and they would like to travel a little more.
